**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Coordination: Collaborate with academic teams to design, update, and implement educational programs aligned with learning objectives and industry standards.
- Scheduling & Planning: Create and manage academic calendars, class schedules, and assessments. Coordinate sessions between instructors and learners.
- Faculty Support: Serve as a liaison between the teaching staff and administration, ensuring smooth communication and handling faculty requirements.
- Learner Support: Assist students with course selection, understanding the curriculum, and academic planning. Address and resolve learner queries and concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational content and teaching methodologies, ensuring alignment with academic goals.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate academic records, including enrolment data, assessments, and program outcomes. Analyse data for continuous improvement.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders about academic progress, program changes, and schedules.
- Compliance: Ensure that all academic processes and programs adhere to regulatory and institutional guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- UGC-NTA NET/JRF Qualified
- Master's degree or higher educational qualification, PhD preferred.
- Strong academic knowledge.
- Proven experience in academic coordination, education management, or a similar role within the EdTech or education sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage various academic functions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and educational technology tools.

**Experience**:

- Ability to lead the team
- Proven experience in developing educational content, preferably for competitive exams, minimum 2 years.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring students for competitive exams is an advantage minimum 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Curriculum Developer (Academic Content Developer) or educator in the field of UGC-NTA NET Examination or any other competitive exams.

**Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of exam patterns, syllabi, and question formats for UGC-NTA
- NET Exam.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for content development and management.
- Ability to create engaging and effective study materials and questions.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and content development tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and students.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and learning management systems (LMS).
- Data analysis and reporting skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
