**1. Faculty Coordination**
- Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Coordinate with faculty to ensure timely delivery of course content.
- Monitor faculty performance and collect feedback for improvement.

**2. Student Coordination**
- Act as a liaison between students and academic departments.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and performance.
- Address academic concerns and support student development activities.

**3. Academic Operations**
- Prepare and manage academic calendars, timetables, and exam schedules.
- Organize internal tests, assignments, and final examinations.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of academic records.

**4. Quality Assurance & Reporting**
- Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures.
- Generate academic performance reports for students and faculties.
- Conduct academic audits and suggest improvements.

**5. Communication & Coordination**
- Coordinate with internal departments like Admin, HR, and IT for academic support.
- Organize and facilitate academic meetings, workshops, and seminars.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
