The Academic Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the academic operations of the institution. This position demands strong collaboration across departments to support students, improve academic programs, and ensure the institution’s academic goals and standards are consistently met.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum & Program Development**: Collaborate with faculty and department heads to design and update curricula, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and objectives.
- **Student Support**: Guide students in academic planning, course selection, program requirements, and adherence to academic policies.
- **Faculty Coordination**: Serve as a bridge between faculty and administration—supporting faculty onboarding, training, scheduling, and day-to-day academic delivery.
- **Data Management**: Monitor and analyze academic performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable strategies.
- **Business Development**: Explore opportunities to grow academic programs, foster partnerships, and expand institutional reach.
- **Accreditation & Compliance**: Ensure all academic offerings adhere to accreditation guidelines, internal policies, and external regulatory standards.
- **Scheduling & Logistics**: Organize course schedules based on student needs and faculty availability.
- **Communication**: Share timely updates with students, faculty, and staff regarding academic matters such as schedules, policy changes, and program news.
- **Reporting**: Compile and present academic performance reports for leadership reviews and accreditation requirements.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute academic-related events like orientations, seminars, and workshops.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address academic challenges or concerns promptly to maintain a supportive and efficient learning environment.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in academic coordination or program management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in curriculum planning and student support services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with academic accreditation standards and compliance procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
