**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the **primary point of contact** for clients, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain **long-term client relationships** by understanding needs and delivering customised solutions.
- Prepare accurate **costings, budgets & proposals** for client requirements.
- Manage **vendor negotiations, contracts, and coordination** for seamless execution.
- Oversee smooth **handover from sales to execution** and ensure project delivery as per timelines.
- Resolve client issues/escalations effectively and maintain a high satisfaction rate.
- Support on-ground event operations including logistics, manpower, and quality control.
- Prepare **post-event reports and feedback analysis** for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of experience** in the Events & Exhibitions industry (Client Servicing + Operations).
- Strong expertise in **costing, budgeting, vendor management & client handling.**:

- Excellent **communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills.**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects/events under strict deadlines.
- Proven record of **client satisfaction, retention & event delivery.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
