Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day customer service operations

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain daily activities and routines. Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same.

**Technical Support** Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues for end-users, both in-person and remotely.

**Installation and Configuration** Set up, install, and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

**User Management** Assist with user account creation, management, and access control in Active Directory or similar systems.

**Maintenance** Perform regular maintenance on computer systems, including updates, patches, and virus protection.

**Documentation** Create and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

**Collaboration** Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., network, security) to resolve complex issues and improve overall IT service delivery.

**Training and Support** Provide training to end-users on new software and systems, helping them to use technology effectively.

**Inventory Management** Track and manage hardware inventory, ensuring proper documentation and organization of resources.

**Incident Management** Use ticketing systems to manage and prioritize user requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

**Customer Service** Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with users.
