**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Strategic Sourcing Executive** **(US)** to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across various roles through innovative sourcing strategies. Ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment or related areas and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the talent pipeline database.
- Maintain sourcing trackers and ensure timely submissions.
- Stay updated on sourcing tools, industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing effectiveness.
- Research industry trends, competitor talent landscapes, and talent availability.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pools for critical and niche roles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required).
- Preferably **6 months of experience** in **US** **Recruitment**, **Talent Acquisition**, or **end-to-end hiring**.
- Familiarity with US sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in **MS Excel** or **Google Sheets** for tracking & reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess resumes for relevance.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**:

- Understanding of market mapping and talent intelligence.
- Exposure to volume hiring or niche hiring environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
