**About the Role**:
As a Visual Designer, you'll be responsible for creating and managing marketing design assets, working on designing tasks that overlap with user interface domain and collaborating with cross
- functional teams for marketing the brand globally across international channels. We’re looking for a detail-oriented creative to help us scale our Visual Design and brand marketing efforts. Our client portfolio includes companies like
**Citibank, Verizon, AMCK Models, Charlie Bears, and Van Lanschot Bank**. Our platform enables businesses across all industries to improve their customer engagement experience through mobile and web collaborative solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage UI design assets for marketing, some of which aided with knowledge of branding and user interface design principles.
- Align efforts across various touch points, including customer stories, presentations, flyers, UI prototypes and infographics.
- Be an excellent visual strategist to ensure brand adherence and consistency.
- Detail oriented and eagle-eyed to ensure error-free assets.
- Able to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and on the telephone.
- Work with cross functional teams for graphic design oriented requests.

**Who You Are**:

- Around 0 - 2 years of Visual design or creative experience.
- Excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented: You have a knack for attention to detail, aesthetics and strong modern Visual

Design and UI Design skills.
- Beginner experience with Prototyping and Basic knowledge of Design Systems is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showing excellent visual design and UI design skills.
- Stellar organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- Familiarity with Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote and Pages.
- Enthusiastic about visual design standards, infographics, data visualisation and UI design.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.

**Salary**: From ₹500,000.00 per year
