**The Role**:
We're seeking a creative force to build products loved by our customers You'll have the opportunity to understand and design for highly discerning users who place significant trust in the products you create. Your work will directly impact thousands of individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft visually compelling designs that reinforce our value proposition and drive conversions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing) to understand design needs and user experience (UX) goals.
- Design visually appealing and user-centric experiences across web, mobile, and marketing materials.
- Develop and iterate on design concepts, presenting options and gathering valuable feedback.
- Champion and maintain our design system, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
- Create high-quality illustrations and visual assets to elevate the user experience.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring a fresh perspective.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Visual Designer or a similar role.
- A captivating portfolio showcasing your design versatility across various projects.
- A strong grasp of design principles and user interface (UI) best practices.
- The agility to adapt and present multiple design iterations efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across teams.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience with UI/UX animation and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines for inclusive design.
- Experience with motion graphics and design systems is a plus.
