We’re a young, ambitious startup where creativity meets commerce. Based in Bangalore (Richmond Road), we’re looking for a multi-talented **Visual Designer** who can help shape our brand identity, craft stunning visuals, and create engaging digital and video content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video & Motion**: Design and edit short videos, reels, and motion graphics to tell our story across social media and digital platforms.
- **Art Direction, Branding & Visual Identity**: Define and evolve the brand’s design language across stationery, packaging, print, and digital.
- **Web & Digital Graphics**: Create compelling visuals for website, campaigns, and online experiences.
- **Illustration**: Develop original illustrations and artwork for stationery collections, marketing campaigns, and client projects.
- **Design Collateral**: Produce marketing creatives, social media content, pitch decks, event materials, and more.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- **Innovation & Learning**: Explore new tools, formats, and creative approaches as the brand grows.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Creative Versatility**: Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, branding, and video/motion work.
- **Adaptability**: Quick to pick up new tools, workflows, and design trends.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects). AI proficiency is a strong plus.
- **Illustration**: Ability to create original hand-drawn or digital illustrations.
- **Video/Motion**: Skilled in storyboarding, editing, and animating engaging content.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Strong ability to understand briefs, present ideas, and integrate feedback.
- **Planning & Organization**: Reliable in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Experience in **packaging design** or **product mockups**.
- Exposure to **UI/UX design**.
- Interest in **creative entrepreneurship**, stationery, or lifestyle brands.
- Prior **startup experience**.
