**Role Overview**

As a Visual Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our app and ensuring a seamless, delightful user experience.
Working under the guidance of the Design Head, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design stunning visuals,
enhance the user interface, and create assets that resonate with our young, vibrant audience.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. UI Design:

- Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile app (built on Flutter).
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.
2. Graphics and Visual Assets:

- Create marketing materials, in-app banners, icons, and other visual assets to enhance user engagement.
- Develop templates for student profiles, certificates, resumes, and portfolios.
3. Brand Consistency:

- Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the app, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
4. Prototyping & User Research:

- Build low
- and high-fidelity prototypes to test concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Participate in user research to understand design needs and improve usability.
5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, particularly in Flutter.
- Partner with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, social media, and user outreach.
6. Communication:

- Use tools like Slack to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience in visual design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or similar.
- Basic understanding of user research methods and incorporating feedback into designs.
- Comfortable using Slack for team collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience working on youth-focused or education-related products.
- Basic understanding of motion design or animation for creating micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with conducting usability testing and analyzing results.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per month
