**3D Visualiser - Commercial/ Residential Interiors**

Fincity is a Real Estate Alternate Investment platform with AUM of over 1,500 Cr with investments across residential and commercial real estate.

This is a leadership role focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with real estate developers, and fostering relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**3D Modelling and Rendering**: Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and renderings of commercial interior spaces, including floor plans, elevations, and sectional drawings.

**Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion and Enscape for modelling, rendering, and animation.

**Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with design teams, architects, and clients to understand design concepts and provide feedback on visualizations.

**Presentation and Walkthroughs**: Develop presentations and walkthrough animations to showcase design concepts and client requirements.

**Material and Lighting**: Create realistic lighting and material palettes for renders, ensuring accurate representation of design elements.

**Design and Layout**: Assist with design and layout optimization for commercial spaces, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.

**Project Management**: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality output.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modelling, rendering, and animation software.
- Creativity and Design: Strong visual sense, an eye for detail, and an understanding of interior design trends.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with designers, architects, and clients.
- Project Management: Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

**Additional Information**:

- Experience in commercial interior design, particularly in areas like office spaces, retail, or hospitality, is highly valued.
- A strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualizations and renderings is essential.
