**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Sharing the cost estimation for the learning requirements and validating the details of the request (Training Name, Number of Participants, Cost per participant/batch cost).
- Work with the procurement team to get the trainer profiles, trainer evaluation, feedback on trainer shortlist from the delivery team, trainer availability date, getting nominations, sending invite to nominee, raise the purchase order before training commencement, track attendance and training feedback.
- Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials including interaction with vendors.
- Oversee planning and execution of ILT events.
- Maintain updated database and training records.
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

- 2-3 years of experience
