Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication between internal departments and clients. This role is office-based and involves administrative tasks such as order processing, customer service, report generation, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, and invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management.
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and following up on client communications.
- Track pending payments and assist in credit control by sending reminders or coordinating with the finance department.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles or invoicing software.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to analyze data and generate basic sales reports.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
