HR and Admin

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2–3 years of proven experience in HR and Administration.
· Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with integrity.
· Proficiency in MS Office
Human Resources (HR):
· Manage recruitment for staff, engineers, supervisors, and site workers.
· Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
· Implement HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
· Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.
· Handle employee grievances and support workforce engagement.
· Conduct induction, training, and skill development programs.
· Support performance appraisal and manpower planning.
· Administration (Admin):
· Oversee office and site administration.
· Maintain company documents, agreements.
· Regularly follow up with project/site teams for daily/weekly progress updates.
· Escalate delays, issues, or resource gaps to management for timely resolution.
· Prepare and share follow-up reports with management on ongoing site activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
