Position Summary

We are seeking a
Sourcing Specialist / Recruiter / Admin

to join our Pune head office. This hybrid role combines
talent acquisition

and
administrative support

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing recruitment operations, and assisting with day-to-day administrative activities such as travel and accommodation arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Source, identify, and engage top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment-related documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Administrative Support

  • Manage ticket bookings (air/train) and hotel reservations for staff and consultants.
  • Handle local travel and logistics coordination.
  • Assist in managing general office administration tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure smooth support for employees and visitors during official travel or events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience

in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, referrals).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask recruitment and admin responsibilities efficiently.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic admin tools.
