**Job Summary: Assistant - Admin**

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of appointments and meetings scheduled
- Quality and security of databases and records maintained
- Clarity and completeness of documents and reports prepared and distributed
- Efficiency and cost-effectiveness of office supplies and equipment ordered and managed

**Terms of Reference (ToR)**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus
- Previous experience as an Assistant - Admin or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and other office software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,725.78 - ₹32,618.26 per month
