We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Real Estate Admin & Communication Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the communication bridge between our office, clients, and a wide network of real estate brokers. Your responsibilities will include collecting and organizing property-related data, responding to inquiries, maintaining clear communication, and assisting our office staff with daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with brokers via phone and email to gather property listings, updates, and related data.
  • Respond promptly to queries from clients and brokers, offering accurate information.
  • Maintain and update property records and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
  • Assist in basic data entry, report generation, and maintaining internal communication logs.
  • Schedule follow-ups and keep track of communication history with clients and brokers.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Comfortable using email and phone professionally.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a real estate or administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
