
Customer Service Representative

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file docu-ments.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and sug-gesting information about other products and services.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer infor-mation.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Job working Time: 5am to 1:30 pm
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- Excellent time management skills.
Excellent English Communication is must.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
