Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and handle customer queries effectively—your ability to quickly respond and implement solutions with the help of our internal & external partners. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think independently and resolve issues with a customer-first business mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails & chats with knowledge & efficiency.
● Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
● Follow the company's communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
● Match the pre-defined SLA standards.
● Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
● 3-4 years of proven experience in customer service in the e-commerce industry
● Experience in online healthcare will be an added advantage
● Graduation in any field
● Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
● Strong hold on technical skills
● Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of concerns
● Excellent English communication and presentation skills
● Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
● Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
