**Key Responsibilities**:
**Crop / Farm Management**:

- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops or care for livestock.
- Monitor the health of crops or animals and take action to address any issues.
- Use modern farming techniques to improve yield and efficiency.

**Soil and Environmental Management**:

- Ensure proper irrigation systems and environmental controls are in place.
- Implement sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact.

**Farm Equipment and Infrastructure**:

- Maintain and operate machinery, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
- Ensure proper maintenance and storage of equipment.

**Staff Management**:

- Supervise farm workers and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Provide training and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Record Keeping and Financial Management:

- Track production costs, inventory, and sales data.
- Budget for supplies, labour, and other costs to ensure profitability.

**Marketing and Sales**:

- Sell the products (e.g., harvested crops)directly to markets, stores, or distributors.
- Develop relationships with buyers and negotiate prices.

**Health and Safety**:

- Ensure farm operations comply with health, safety, and labour laws.
- Handle farm waste responsibly and ensure good working conditions for employees.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of farming techniques, machinery, and equipment.
- Ability to manage staff and operations efficiently.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices.

**Key Traits**:

- Strong work ethic and physical stamina.
- Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and unexpected challenges.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Leadership and communication skills to manage a team and liaise with stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
