We are working towards a mission to improve soil health, grow chemical-free food and support farmers.

We enable transition to regenerative agriculture by manufacturing biochar and woodvinegar. Our sister organization manufactures biochar and woodvinegar based fertilizers.

We are a network of 550,000 farmers and manufacture biochar from agriculture biomass. Now, we are launching our industrial Pyrolyzer plant which produces biochar, woodvinegar and electricity from agriculture biomass.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with **GST, TDS,** and other statutory regulations, including timely filing of returns.
- Perform vendor and party reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries.
- Handle inventory management and stock updates.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance checks.
- Generate MIS reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Maintain and update financial data using advanced accounting software.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proven ability to manage accounting for multiple entities.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
