**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**File and Data Management**
- Arrange and organize physical and digital files systematically for easy retrieval.
- Regularly back up company data to cloud storage and external hard drives.
- Ensure all files and records are up-to-date, properly labelled, and compliant with company standards.
- Monitor and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and Excel.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for operational and financial data tracking.
- Generate routine reports and summaries for internal teams and management.
- Assist in drafting official correspondence and maintaining records of communications.

**Administrative Support**
- Provide support to various departments with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure their availability.
- Support the HR and compliance teams with document preparation and file management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in back office, data entry, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with cloud storage systems (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) and data backup processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative practices.
