**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify demand, pricing trends, and customer preferences for Deshi farming products.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote contract farming produce.
- **Farmer & Buyer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract farmers, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Identify and engage potential buyers, distributors, and retailers for Deshi farm products.
- **Sales & Distribution Support**:

- Assist in developing distribution networks and channels to maximize sales.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of products to buyers.
- **Branding & Promotion**:

- Develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Organize events, exhibitions, and farmer meet-ups to strengthen market positioning.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure all marketing activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present marketing reports, sales data, and farmer performance insights.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **2-4 years** of experience in agricultural marketing, contract farming, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of **Deshi/local farming practices** and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and data analysis is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
