**Role Overview**

Wildnet Technologies is looking for a Quality Auditor Executive to strengthen our delivery excellence across digital marketing projects, prominently in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and Web Development. The role is dedicated to ensuring adherence to processes, auditing ongoing projects, and proactively identifying gaps to improve client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct quality audits of ongoing SEO, PPC, and Web Development projects to ensure strict compliance with defined processes and client requirements.
- Review project tasks and delivery checkpoints to proactively detect non-adherence, missed steps, or deviations.
- Document audit findings and prepare structured reports highlighting observations and areas for improvement.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational accuracy, reduce errors, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to project managers and cross-functional teams to strengthen delivery quality.
- Support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance workflows, improve quality standards, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain audit checklists, monitoring mechanisms, and quality dashboards to track ongoing performance.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Good understanding of digital marketing processes - SEO, PPC campaigns, and web development workflows.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering structured feedback.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams under US shift timings.
- Analytical, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality auditing, process compliance, or digital marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with client portals, task management, and digital marketing tools preferred.
- Familiarity with CAPA methodology and structured auditing frameworks is a plus.
