**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **marketing strategies** to enhance brand presence and client engagement.
- Manage **financial and marketing records** using **Tally** for budgeting and expense tracking.
- Lead and motivate marketing team members to meet campaign and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and corporate professionalism.
- Coordinate between internal departments for seamless marketing operations.
- Represent the company in a professional and confident manner in corporate meetings and events.
- Analyze marketing data, prepare reports, and present insights to management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Commerce, or Business Administration**.
- **Proficiency in Tally** and a good understanding of business accounting basics.
- Strong **leadership qualities** with the ability to guide and influence teams.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and interpersonal** skills.
- A **corporate presence** with confidence, discipline, and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vesu, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
