**Job Description: Finance & Accounts Team**

**Role Overview**:
The Finance & Accounts Team is responsible for handling all financial and statutory functions of the organization — including accounting, budgeting, compliance, audit coordination, and profitability analysis. The team ensures accurate financial reporting and supports management in decision-making for sustainable business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:Centralized Accounting**
- Maintain centralized branch accounting and ensure accuracy in financial records across all units.
- Oversee all accounting entries for receipts, challans, and sales transactions.

**Accounting Entries & Reporting**
- Prepare daily stock reconciliations and transaction summaries.
- Track asset and inventory movement and valuation.
- Review branch-wise books periodically and flag discrepancies.

**Production Accounting**
- Manage job work, labor billing, and production-related accounting.
- Ensure accurate booking of invoices between factory and corporate accounts.

**Vendor & Banking Management**
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and inter-branch fund transfers.
- Manage multiple bank accounts and daily reconciliations.

**Taxation & Statutory Compliance**
- File GST returns, TDS, EPF, and ESI on due dates.
- Maintain statutory compliance calendar and support assessments.
- Track and close internal audit points regularly.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Analyze product margins, cost fluctuations, and business performance.

**Financial Analysis & MIS**
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on sales, profitability, collections, and payables.
- Review branch-wise KPIs, financial ratios, and variance reports.

**Inventory & Manufacturing Finance**
- Track inventory statements, yield, wastage, and stock valuation.
- Coordinate with factory teams for cost-sheet reviews.

**Liquidity & Cash Flow Management**
- Monitor daily cash balances and working capital cycles (DSO, DPO, inventory days).
- Forecast cash flow requirements and ensure liquidity.

**Sales & Revenue Analytics**
- Generate MIS for B2B, retail, export, and online sales segments.
- Conduct margin and receivable analysis across product lines.

**Procurement & Payables Oversight**
- Review vendor outstanding, payment due dates, and cash planning.
- Evaluate FX exposure and rate impact on import/export transactions.

**Treasury & Risk Management**
- Track utilization of credit limits, interest costs, and debt repayments.
- Support in hedging and forex risk monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 7-10 years of experience in finance, accounts, or audit roles.
- **Mandatory**: Prior experience in the **Gold & Gems industry.**:

- Working knowledge of **GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, and audit compliances.**:

- Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience with **ERP / accounting software.**:

- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
