We are seeking an experienced CFO, or Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a company and making decisions based on company's financial stability. Their duties include monitoring cash flow, meeting with the CEO and Directors to discuss the best practices for company finances and coming up with strategic plans to improve their company's overall financial health.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company's financial planning.
- Plan and perform risk management duties.
- Manage fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Track and ensure cash floe is appropriate and sustainable.
- Manage and retain relationships with various vendors.
- Adhere to the law and company's policies.

Requirements and skills:

- Master's degree or PhD in Accounts or Financing with a relevant discipline.
- Languages known: English, Hindi and other country languages.
- Experience in a Financial management position in wind industries.
- Working Experience in financial for minimum 5 years in wind industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership with problem solver and critical thinker mind set.

Key Performance:

- Revenue growth.
- Revenue per client.
- Profit margin.
- Client retention rate.
- Customer Satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup available, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, vaccination requirements,etc.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
