We serve a growing network of B2B clients including corporate offices, retailers, and hospitality partners. We’re on a mission to build a scalable and process-driven operations backbone that ensures reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to lead and streamline our B2B operations. The COO will be responsible for developing and implementing SOPs, managing the day-to-day operations across delivery, vehicle routing, labor allocation, inventory and order fulfillment, while also building a scalable operations model for future growth.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Strategy & Process Development**
- Design and implement end-to-end operational processes for vehicle management, labor scheduling, order flow, delivery, and customer fulfillment.
- Define SOPs for every key operation to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Implement KPIs to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance across all operational verticals.

**2. Vehicle & Delivery Management**
- Optimize routing and utilization of delivery vehicles to reduce downtime and increase on-time delivery.
- Implement GPS tracking and digital delivery systems to improve transparency and accountability.
- Oversee driver performance, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and licensing compliance.

**3. Labour & Manpower Management**
- Create shift plans, attendance systems, and productivity tracking for loaders, delivery agents, and warehouse staff.
- Work closely with HR to plan manpower hiring, training, and retention.
- Build an incentive model based on performance and operational efficiency.

**4. Order Fulfillment & Inventory Oversight**
- Oversee real-time order tracking and fulfillment through CRM or ERP systems.
- Ensure accurate dispatch, stock maintenance, and timely replenishment of inventory (20L cans and glass bottles).
- Develop checks and balances to minimize operational losses or pilferage.

**5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership**
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams for seamless order-to-delivery flow.
- Lead and mentor the operations team including godown incharges, fleet supervisors, and field operations managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal guidelines across all locations.

**6. Technology Integration & Reporting**
- Identify and implement tech tools for route planning, delivery management, vehicle tracking, and order processing.
- Generate and present regular MIS reports, dashboards, and operational insights to management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in core operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role handling logistics, delivery, and workforce management.
- Experience in water delivery/logistics/FMCG/B2B distribution industries is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build systems, drive process improvements, and lead high-performance teams.

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹50,166.88 - ₹90,704.00 per month
