As part of its continued growth and operational excellence journey, the organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to lead its core functions and retail operations.

**Role Summary**

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the entire operational management of the organization, ensuring the smooth functioning of all outlets and central support functions. This role requires a strategic leader who can implement systems, improve efficiency, manage teams, and align operations with the vision of the Chairman.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage operations across **63 retail outlets**, ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability
- Develop and execute business strategies in alignment with the company’s vision and growth plans
- Drive performance metrics across functions including sales, procurement, logistics, production, HR, and customer service
- Implement SOPs, audit systems, and technology-driven processes to streamline operations
- Work closely with outlet managers, regional heads, and department leaders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Identify areas for cost optimization, process improvement, and business expansion
- Manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Present periodic reports, operational dashboards, and strategic recommendations to the Chairman
- **Experience**: 15-25 years of progressive experience in operations, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or retail sector. Experience in leading multi-location operations is essential
- **Leadership**: Proven track record in team building, driving performance, and leading large cross-functional teams
- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- **Age**: Preferably between **40 to 50 years**:

- Ability to work under pressure and lead large-scale transformation
- **Language**: Fluency in English and Tamil required

Pay: ₹3,400,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
