We are (Software Development Company) seeking a skilled, Good attitude and experienced **Chief Technology Officer (CTO) (CTO / Technical Architect / Product (Mobile) Development) **to join our team.

**Qualification**:UG / PG in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Master's or MBA is a plus

**Experience**:10 to 15 Years of work experience in IT

**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- Lead all technology initiatives of the company, manage the **entire technology platform including strategic planning, development, and implementation**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of **technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies and software development best practices**:

- Understand complex **business requirements very quickly and architect solutions** while paying attention to details
- Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
- Responsible for creating white papers and webinars and providing leadership and direction to the technical team members, would be managing and guiding a team on the software development, engineering platforms and team management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects on time and within budget
- Drive research and development efforts to explore **new technologies and assess their potential impact on the business**:

- **Technology Strategy**: Develop and execute the **company's technology roadmap, aligning it with our business objectives, and ensuring a scalable and efficient infrastructure**:

- **Innovation and Product Development**: Drive innovation by identifying new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance our product offerings. **Lead the product development process from ideation to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.**:

- **Team Leadership**:Manage and inspire a team of talented engineers, designers, and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture**. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to empower your team members to achieve their full potential.
- Will work **closely with the business team on the technology initiatives**:

- Responsible for finalizing the technology partner(s) and managing the relationships
- Responsible for any technology initiatives for enabling better customer service
- **Should have experience in mobility (Web and native apps), must have an intimate experience with native app development (Android, iOS), as well as experience developing products for the mobile web**:

- History of strong leadership and the ability to maintain a collaborative culture
- Previously managed, mentored, motivated and grew a mature and goal-driven software development technical team members
- Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management
- Familiarity with consumer privacy and payment industry compliance requirements
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's or MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of **leadership in technology roles, preferably as a CTO** or similar leadership position
- Experience in developing and executing technology strategies that align with business goals
- **Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and integration methodologies**:

- Proven leadership ability, Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional service orientation
- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
