a. Plan and conduct capacity building Workshops and training programs for department officials.
b. Assist PROJECT MONITORING UNIT in identifying and tying up with Institutes of Excellence for imparting the best know-how interalia, amongst the PHE officials in Department.
c. Assist PROJECT MONITORING UNIT in identifying and finalising any new CV of any personnel/ key expert of the Consultants (departments) for mobilization and/or demobilization.
d. Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and training plan deployment
e. Prepare a list of the beneficiaries for the training programs;
f. Outline the detailed training plan (including training batches, timings, coordination with venue etc) and develop a comprehensive approach to deliver smooth implementation.
g. To have an accelerated pace of trainings;
h. Prepare/obtain the training curriculum.
i. Establish linkages with a reputed government or private training centre
j. Prepare a detailed roadmap encompassing short
- and medium-term capacity-building plans for furthering support to the selected beneficiaries, in order to provide income generation opportunities.
Deliverables:
Inception report, identifying the work plan approach preliminary identification of the pilot areas, timeframes and keys issues.
Report for Task 1 - Report on skill gap analysis and identification of training courses and identifying agencies
Monthly Report on Management and monitoring of Skill development, Capacity building and Gender analysis. (Skill TL) - covering
- Substantially contribute advocacy, dissemination about the implemented project and proper use of water with minimum wastage
- Capacity building workshops
- Coordinate all public relations
- Monthly report shall cover each work in the Scope of Work. If separate report has not been asked the item will be covered in the Monthly report.

Report for Task 2 - Developing of Training Module and training curriculum for Sectors
Report on task 3 - Training Need assessment and Plan on capacity building this will include identifying and tying up with Institutes of Excellence for imparting the best know-how interalia, amongst the Departments.
Report on Task 4 - Gender Action Plan
Report on task 4 - Prepare poverty, social and gender assessment (PSGA) report and collate baseline data (sex-disaggregated) relevant to the scope and design of the proposed project, Design and Monitoring Framework (DMF) and GAP;
**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
