Telesales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify clients' mental health needs and explain how our therapy services can benefit them
- Respond to clients' questions and concerns about therapy services and pricing
- Schedule appointments for clients with our therapists
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including calls made and appointments scheduled
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of mental health and counseling services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
