**Job Title**: Telesales Executive cum Receptionist

**Location**: Dr. VJ Dental Studio, Salem, Tamil Nadu (with branches in Chennai and Salem)

**About Us**: Dr. VJ Dental Studio is a leading dental clinic with locations in Chennai and Salem. We specialize in dental implants, smile designing, and teeth alignment treatments. Our clinic is actively engaged in various marketing activities, including digital marketing, offline marketing, and dental camps, to generate leads for our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential patients generated through various marketing activities.
- Convert leads into appointments and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Provide detailed information about our dental services, including dental implants, smile designing, and teeth alignment treatments.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

**Basic Skills Needed**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Lead conversion rate.
- Number of appointments scheduled.
- Patient satisfaction and feedback.
- Efficiency in handling front desk operations.
- Accuracy in maintaining patient records.
- Contribution to marketing campaign feedback and improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 - 55 per week
