Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Telemarketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation and sales conversion. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales or enrollments through confident and engaging conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to promote products, services, or training programs.
- Engage prospects with clear, fluent, and confident English communication.
- Understand customer needs and effectively pitch suitable offerings to drive conversions.
- Follow up on inquiries from digital campaigns, website leads, or referrals.
- Maintain accurate lead data, call logs, and follow-up notes in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and conversion goals.
- Provide customer feedback and insights to improve marketing and campaign quality.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) — must be articulate, persuasive, and confident.
- Strong listening, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Salem, Tamil Nadu
