Telecalling
- Require experienced associates to work in credit card selling/lead conversion process for
Dubai. The sales person identifies potential buyers based on the given leads and convinces
them to buy credit cards by explaining the perks and benefits to the Customer.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services by solid arguments to existing and
prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet
their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Serves customers by helping them select products and closing the sale.
- Guide customers about discounts and special offers.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing
product knowledge.
- high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Banking tele-calling / sales. Prior working
experience in the finance and banking sector will be preferred.
- Any Bachelor Degree with good communication skills in English. Hindi and Urudu will
be an added advantage.

- Functional Understanding of different system involved in Credit Card Ecosystem

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
