- **Follow-up**:They follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Inbound Calling:

- **Customer Service**:Telecallers handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests for support.
- **Information Provision**:They provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- **Problem Resolution**:They address customer issues and strive to find solutions to their problems.
- **Order Taking**:In some cases, they may take and process customer orders over the phone.

General Responsibilities:

- **Communication**:Excellent communication skills are essential for both listening to customers and clearly explaining information.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales transactions is crucial.
- **Target Achievement**:Many telecalling roles involve meeting daily or weekly call targets and sales goals.
- **Product Knowledge**:Telecallers need to be knowledgeable about the products and services they are promoting.
- **Professionalism**:Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, even when dealing with challenging situations, is important.
- **Adaptability**:Telecallers need to be adaptable and able to adjust their communication style and approach based on the situation.
