**Responsibilities:

- **

**Campaign Strategy and Planning**:Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
Develop CRM-driven advertising strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and customer segmentation.

**Data Analysis and Segmentation**:Utilize CRM data to segment customers based on demographics, behaviors, purchasing history, and engagement levels.
Analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for personalized advertising messages.

Create and optimize ad content, visuals, and copy to maximize engagement and conversions.

**Personalization and Automation**:Implement personalized advertising strategies using CRM data to tailor messages for specific customer segments.
Leverage automation tools to schedule, deploy, and track ads based on customer interactions.

**A/B Testing and Optimization**:Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad variations and messaging.
Analyze results and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

**ROI Measurement and Reporting**:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Create regular reports to provide insights into campaign performance and suggest improvements.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with data analysts to extract meaningful insights from CRM data to inform advertising strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad visuals and copy align with branding and messaging.

**Customer Engagement and Retention**:Design campaigns that nurture customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and increase customer loyalty.
Implement strategies to re-engage inactive customers through targeted advertising.
