**Key Responsibilities**

**1) Lead Conversion & Bookings**:

- Call and follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Provide guests with accurate details on accommodations, pricing, and availability.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Coordinate with partnered hotels to confirm bookings and address special requests.

2)**Guest Engagement**:

- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide timely, helpful information.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to foster positive guest experiences and encourage repeat business.

**3)Marketing & Social Media Support**:

- Assist with targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional content.
- Monitor ad performance and provide feedback to enhance lead generation.

**4)Operations & Reporting**:

- Maintain an updated database of leads, bookings, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare regular reports on lead conversions, guest interactions, and revenue growth.
- Suggest and implement improvements to streamline booking and lead management processes.

**Key Requirements**
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, reservations, or customer service is preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
