Job Description

As a Delivery Automation Specialist, you will design, implement and deploy AI Agents to live client interactions. You will integrate various tools such as High Level, Make/Zapier, advertising platforms, customer relationship management (CRM), email/SMS, and analytics into one seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-facing solutioning: Collaborate with clients during live meetings, rapid discovery, funnel mapping, and AI Agent flow design in real-time.
  • Build agentic systems & automations: Set up pipelines, workflows, triggers, calendars, forms, chat widgets, 2-way SMS/email, reputation management, reporting, and opportunity stages; connect call tracking and missed-call text back.
  • Advertising and Journey Optimization: Integrate Google/Meta advertising platforms, CAPI/offline conversions, CRM/ESP for capture → nurture → booking → show-rate → sale.
  • Account Management: Own a book of accounts, goals, success plan, roadmap, and regular check-ins.

You must have current Google Ads or Meta Certification, graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and 2+ years experience in B2B/SaaS or agency-side performance marketing or equivalent skill.
