**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff.
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
- Take and serve orders, recommend dishes, and upsell menu items when appropriate.
- Ensure tables are set and cleaned according to service standards.
- Train, guide, and support wait staff and stewards during shifts.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate food service.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards in the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory of service items and ensure availability of essentials.
- Prepare shift schedules, duty rosters, and daily reports when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership ability and a proactive attitude.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
