**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead the service team and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. The Captain acts as the key link between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide waitstaff during service hours.
- Greet and welcome guests, assist in seating, and ensure excellent guest service throughout their visit.
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the kitchen and bar.
- Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Train and mentor junior staff on service procedures and etiquette.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotional offers.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter in a busy restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage a small team.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of restaurant service experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems and table management software.
- Basic wine and beverage knowledge.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
