Job Summary:

The Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting in food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience at Daryaganj Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests courteously and assist them in seating.
  • Provide water, cutlery, napkins, and other table setups before and during service.
  • Assist captains/servers in taking orders and serving food & beverages.
  • Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
  • Clear tables after meals and reset them for the next guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant as per FSSAI and restaurant standards.
  • Replenish condiments, cutlery, crockery, and service equipment as required.
  • Assist in buffet setup, refilling dishes, and maintaining presentation.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and politely.
  • Support senior staff during peak hours and special events.
  • Follow grooming standards, safety guidelines, and restaurant SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time
