Job Title: UI/UX Designer (React Specialist)

The Role: Where Design Meets Development

Are you a creative visionary who can not only design stunning interfaces but also bring them

to life with clean, elegant code? This is a unique hybrid role for a designer who loves to code

and a developer who has a deep passion for design.

As our UI/UX Designer, you will be the driving force behind our application's look, feel, and

user interaction. You will own the entire design lifecycle, from translating complex user

requirements into intuitive wireframes in Figma to developing pixel-perfect, interactive

components in You will be the bridge between concept and reality, ensuring every

user touchpoint is both beautiful and functional.

Your Key Responsibilities

Spearhead Interface Design: Lead the design of modern, intuitive, and

responsive user interfaces for our web and mobile applications using Figma.

Craft Visual Assets: Create and perfect compelling visual elements including

icons, banners, and graphics using Adobe Photoshop.

Translate Design to Code: Flawlessly translate Figma and PSD mockups into

clean, semantic, and pixel-perfect HTML5 and CSS3.

Build Functional Components: Develop and maintain a library of reusable, high-

performance UI components using , forming the building blocks of our

application.

Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our back-end engineering and

product teams to ensure seamless integration, technical feasibility, and alignment with

business goals.

Champion Performance & Accessibility: Champion best practices for web

performance, accessibility (A11Y), and cross-browser compatibility in all your

creations.

Uphold Brand Integrity: Serve as a brand steward, ensuring unwavering

consistency in our visual identity across all digital platforms.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and implement the latest UI/UX

trends, design principles, and front-end technologies to keep our products on the

cutting edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Design Expertise:

  • Proven mastery of Figma for creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and asset creation.
  • An outstanding portfolio that showcases a keen eye for modern aesthetics, typography, layout, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Expert-level knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including advanced concepts like Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design.
  • Hands-on professional experience with and building functional, componentbased user interfaces.
  • A demonstrable ability to translate complex design concepts into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Bonus Points (What Makes You Stand Out)

  • Experience building or contributing to a Design System.
  • Knowledge of CSS pre-processors.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries in React (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
  • A solid understanding of version control systems like Git.
