Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer (Figma Specialist) located in Noida. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric design solutions for web and mobile applications using Figma. Daily tasks include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, testing and iterating designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in UI/UX design and experience with Figma
  • Ability to conduct user research and create user personas
  • Skill in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Knowledge of design principles, visual design, and interaction design
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
