**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **F&B Captain** with strong knowledge of **Pan Asian cuisine** to lead floor operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and support smooth restaurant functioning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure high service standards.
- Greet, seat, and engage guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Take orders efficiently with strong knowledge of Pan Asian dishes & ingredients.
- Coordinate between guests, service staff, and kitchen team.
- Train, guide, and motivate service staff for smooth operations.
- Oversee table settings, cleanliness, and service readiness.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and timely service.
- Support billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-4 years** experience as F&B Captain or Senior Steward in a Pan Asian or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Pan Asian cuisines (Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced operations.
- Pleasant personality and strong customer service orientation.
- **Immediate/within 7 days joiners preferred.**

**Salary**: As per industry standards **Benefits**: Staff meals + other company benefits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
