**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assign sections to servers and ensure timely table setups and clearings.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and mentor junior staff in service standards and operating procedures.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow and order accuracy.
- Recommend daily specials and upsell food and beverage items.
- Maintain proper inventory of menus, service equipment, and tableware.
- Prepare shift reports and assist in staff scheduling and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management is **mandatory**.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in a similar role in a fine dining or premium casual dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, wine pairing, and restaurant software.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast).
- Certification in food safety or hospitality service.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
