We are looking for a shining star to join our existing team of super stars

We are a young team of Business Consultants, working with Unicorns and India's most well known retail and FMCG Brands.

Our new client success executive will be working alongside our technical compliance team and helping deliver a Avant-garde user experience to our esteemed clientele.

Customer success executive will work around the below KPI's
- Client Retention - upsells & Cross sells. (suggesting other value add services from our portfolio)
- Client Feedback and proposing changes in service delivery strategy to our technical team. (tracking client experience)
- Pricing the service to a particular client and sealing the deal with the management.
- New client onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience.(as pre-defined SoP's)
- Exploring new avenues for expansion and proposing growth hacks to clients with the help of our technical team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
