**Role Overview**:
As a Customer care Executive for our clothing brand, you will be managing all customer queries on website and other social media platforms

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Communication**: Customer care executives are responsible for effectively and professionally communicating with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests.

**Issue Resolution**: They must troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints while adhering to company policies and guidelines, aiming for prompt and satisfactory solutions.

**Product/Service Knowledge**: Customer care executives should maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, enabling them to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

**Documentation and Feedback**: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, gathering feedback, and sharing it with relevant teams for improvement is crucial for enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Continuous Learning and Adaptability**: Staying updated on industry trends, company changes, and product/service updates while being adaptable to evolving circumstances are essential traits for success in this role.

**Qualifications**:

- Class 12 Passed
- Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a customer care executive.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
