IT Helpdesk Associate

**Ticket Management**:Create, update, and manage support tickets using the designated ticketing system. Maintain accurate and detailed records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions.
**Remote Support**: Provide remote assistance to users, guiding them through problem-solving steps, performing remote diagnostics, and offering solutions.
**Hardware Setup and Maintenance**: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices. Coordinate hardware repairs and replacements as needed.
**Security and Compliance**:Support and enforce IT security policies and procedures, including user access control, password management, and data protection. Assist in antivirus and anti-malware activities.
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles for internal use. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user guides and FAQs.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate to share knowledge and improve overall support quality.

**Education**:A bachelor’s degree in information technology, bachelor’s degree In other fields with relevant 2-3 Years of experience. Certifications such as ITIL V4, V3 Foundation will be an added advantage.
**Experience**:1-3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role is desirable.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
**Customer Focus**:Strong customer service orientation and the ability to empathize with user concerns.
**Problem Solving**: Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
**Time Management**:Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
**Adaptability**:Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
**Salary**: ₹10,075.37 - ₹27,769.83 per month
