**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for networking equipment and IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions to potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right networking and IT solutions.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical guidance.
- **Sales Strategy & Target Achievement**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with technical teams, distributors, and marketing departments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance.
- Stay updated on new networking and IT products, technologies, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years in IT sales, networking equipment sales, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of networking hardware and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- **Preferred**:

- Experience in B2B sales or enterprise IT solutions.

Pay: ₹9,461.32 - ₹33,198.57 per month

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
